The location for the price is great. Free parking at the hotel is very convenient. Beds were very comfortable. Liberal cancellation policy was very appreciated as we were unable to arrive for the first night of our reservation.
Street noise was the biggest problem because our room (500) was on the street side, facing Patton St. If you want a quieter room, ask for one on the back side of the building.

Location and free parking.
Our room was located next to a large metal access door to the staircase and slammed very loudly every time someone used it, keeping us awake all night. We canceled our 2nd night and thankfully were not charged for that.
