Great location, friendly staff, quiet.
I payed extra for a room upgrade offer of a balcony. The “balcony” was a cement slab the width of a small lawn chair that only fit sideways. If you sit in the chair you have to face the other chair and your view is of the cement wall that is right next to your face. This should not be called an upgrade or even called a balcony.

The location was great. Bed and loveseat were comfortable.
The room was a bit small and felt cluttered. The staff were competent, but not friendly or personable. The pool hours are way too limited.

Great location and cozy outdoor pool area. Comfortable bed and clean room. Parking was easy in the garage.

The location is excellent and that's why we chose to stay here. The property is a bit dated; it was a Courtyard previously and there has been little updating.
Even though I am a Sonesta Travel Pass member, since I made the reservation through BOOKING.COM, they didn't give me credit for staying and, in general, didn't treat me like a "member". That was disappointing.

This is a well located, comfortable place to stay. Parking is easy and plentiful, and covered! )Very important for Phoenix, especially in the summer). It's an easy walk to multiple restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. For the price, this hotel is an excellent value.
