Located right on the beach, this all-inclusive hotel offers a large outdoor pool and hot tub. Each air-conditioned room has a furnished balcony with views of the tropical gardens or ocean. Barceló Montelimar’s spacious, elegant rooms are located in the main hotel building or in cabins. All include cable TV, a safe and a mini-bar with free house drinks. Barceló Montelimar offers tennis courts, a minigolf course and a gym. Daily activities include dance, aerobics classes and water sports. Buffet meals are served in the Océano restaurant. There is a poolside snackbar. House beverages are included from 10:00 until 01:00. The complex is located in Montelimar, on the Pacific coast of Nicaragua. The Río Escalante Nature Reserve is a 45-minute drive away.

Upon arrival they couldn't find our reservation. The shower head fell on me as soon as I took a shower. The sink had a leak that was not fixed. I called reception to complain that there were not enough towels for the amount of people in the room.

The garden, the nature that is all over the place!

The food, same the two days. Need to change the menu every day!
