Amazing view in an amazing hotel!
Huge room with panoramic views of the bay, coffeemaker with capsules (supermarket in the ground level plaza if you need whole milk).
Luggage concierge to handle your luggage on arrival and departure; they will also handle taxi for you.
Airport Limousine Bus stops outside hotel for both airports.
Hotel public areas are very beautifully designed.
No ordinary black tea in the room such as English Breakfast or Orange Pekoe and no whole milk. We also had to ring Housekeeping for more sugar.
