- We waited 45 minutes in the cold to be picked up. The gentleman at the desk said he did not receive a phone call from me, but my phoned showed that I called the same number. .

- The driver that picked us up drove recklessly swerving to change lanes and speeding
- My room was trash ?? both queen beds were dented in so me and my husband were falling into each other as we slept so we switched beds and found out they were both dented in and uncomfortable. Room 1155 and the heater didn?t work and it was freezing
- They offer shuttle service, but you have to call to request and service is extremely slow. We waited we?ll over an hour after calling multiple times trying to get someone to answer the phone. Horrible customer service.
