The property had a great location for our trip
The pool had mold, and the room could of been cleaned better our blanket had a burn mark and stain on it, from food, we asked for the bedding to be changed and it was not done.

1. Roach infestation 2. Place was dirty3. Toilet took 10 minutes to fill after each flush4. Bed was uncomfortable and made sounds when you moved 5. Weird odor in the room6 cracked tilts7 sink has weird burn marks8 bathroom door doesn't close

The staff was courteous and helpful. The room had a large TV and cable. The AC worked.
The building is very run down and the room was not clean. The water in the shower was barely hot. Sheets and towels seems to be as old as the building, rough and stained. And while not clean, the scent of some product in the room was overwhelming. I left my door cracked open as much as I could.

It has a good location, close to many shops and the staff are very welcoming
It is necessary to improve the cleaning of the rooms, the room access cards did not work every time I entered and a breakfast with more food options.
