The location was great.
It was not super family friendly. With its close proximity to Disney World we expected some more items at the coffee shop geared toward kids.

Easy quick check in and the desk attendant was very nice. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Grounds appear nice but we just wanted a clean place to sleep. Its located right outside the gates to Disney Springs area.

Super convenient location, three minutes away from Disney Springs and an extremely nice staff, only thing I didn’t love was the $40 for parking for two days but that’s not really a big deal considering the savings that I get with this place. third time staying at this hotel, would very much recommend it.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff is friendly. The hotel is beautiful and clean.
We had to pay for self parking and the parking lot is very ordinary. No security of any kind. What did we pay for?

Clean and comfortable rooms. Bathroom was samll but clean.
I had trouble upon my arrival at checkin. The hotel did not have any reservations for me. the staff was very rude and unwilling to help resolve the problem. They were argumentative and basically called me a liar when I presented the hotels own confirmation/reservation email saying that was not grom them.Finally, I had to call Marriot Reservations and request a supervisor look into it and he found the original Booking.com reservation and quickly made a new reservation from that. Now, I an going to be fighting my bank, because the hotel has charged me for the already paid in full reservation thru Booking.

Everything was amazing! Room was big and spacious! Room service always on time! Staff approachable and very helpful! Definitely recommend this hotel…We will definitely be coming back and staying here again.
