A bit outdated

This is a budget hotel that provides good value for money. The location is perfect for attending the OCCC as it is in walking distance. The staff, both front and back office, are friendly, hospitable and always wanting to help. The beds are comfortable. There are eating options within a 2 - 3 min walk for breakfast, lunch and dinner plus it's on International Drive with access to all the major theme parks. I would highly recommend the hotel and would stay here again.

The rooms are dated but if you are on a budget and aren't planning to spend much time in the room, then this is excellent option. One thing to bear in mind is that the rooms have a musty smell. Some rooms more than others.

Convient and close to store and food shops and even the parks

Great hotel at a great value. Convenient to restaurants and things to do. Staff was excellent to work with as we had to check in days late because of airline problems. We were able to communicate through messaging and they kept our reservation until we could arrive.

The attentive and helpful staff. The room was simple but the bed was very comfortable. The pool area, great too.

I noticed that is not a modern hotel, the room was not so modern. Regarding the air conditioning (filter) and the bathroom extractor were not clean at all. And caused me a bad allergy. The air conditioning has some issues.

My hotel room was pleasantly spacious, with two king size beds, which were comfortable. Clean sheets and towels were provided daily and every staff person, from the front office to those cleaning the rooms, was courteous and friendly. I enjoyed having plenty of covered areas around the pool so you could be outdoors but shaded. The location was walking distance from the Hyatt Conference Center, where my grand-daughter was competing (15 minute walk.) There is also a McDonalds across the street and Red Lobster and Walgreens within a five minute walk. I highly recommend.

The property is clearly old and the bathroom could use some rennovations to repair some erosion in the corners.

Friendly and responsive staff. Clean rooms and property. Pool was sparkling and inviting. Location was perfect. Walking distance to all we came for. Price was competitive.
