Close to entertainment & restaurants, lots of parking, easy property to access, fast WiFi, good lounge hours, friendly staff & very clean.
Nothing really, had a great experience.

The location was good. In the center of everything
The fragrance they used seemed like it was trying too hard to cover a bad smell. Very strong the moment you walked in the building. Dust was on the coffee pot and light fixtures. Only 2 towels were provided. Curtain didn't close all the way so there was a gap of light in the mornings. TV was in a weird position from the bed so we had to turn to watch it instead of watching from straight on. Bed wasn't made well. Looked rushed and blankets were just stuffed under mattress sloppily.

I loved the built in Starbucks. Staff were super polite and helpful. Always saying good morning or greeted you with a smile.

We loved the pool. The rooms were very clean. Loved the location of the hotel
I think a small breakfast for free would have been great. I also think a microwave in the rooms would have been better. The prices for the food was a little high

Location was excellent.
Size of beds, no balcony, no room change available to accommodate requests. Food options limited. Coffee provider (Starbucks) was awful.
