Pros +
- No hot water in the bathroom we was not able to take a shower
- Close to Niagara Falls. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Clean. Staff was wonderful. Room had 2 chairs.
- One each floor you have two rooms that face the rapids that feed the falls. You need to exploit these rooms. And tell everyone that the park is literally out the back door.

- No hot water in the bathroom we was not able to take a shower
- Alot was good but I wouldn't go there again. You can't close the blackout curtains. The windows only had sheer curtains. There is so much outside city lights you don't need a night light to see. The heater was so noisy I turned it off. It turned on with a screeh that made me jump. The hot breakfast was gone by 9:15. At least 10 guests came looking for the hot buffet and there wasn't any. The ice machine wasn't working.
