The reason i booked this hotel was for the indoor pool and hot tub, when we got there the pool and hot tub was closed for major renavations, they did not state this on the website. Plus there are no fron desk person at night only a kiosk ,

Didn't like using the kiosk! Hard to understand her. TV didn't work and no one in building came in help! The Heat/AC was filthy. The cart for luggage had a flat tire and had to drag it. Not a good experience after a long day of traveling! Not returning!
