A deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation (see Hotel Policies). The property will contact you with instructions after booking.A damage deposit of 154 USD is payable on arrival. This will be refunded upon departure once the condition of the apartment has been checked.Daily maid service is included for stays of less than 7 nights. For longer stays, there is a twice-weekly maid service.Reception hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 to 20:00 and Saturday 08:00 to 18:00. If arrival is on a weekend or holiday please make sure to inform the property to arrange the check in as the office might be closed. Please inform Suites Imperial in advance of your expected arrival time.
