Kaffeekännchen - But no Coffee
The room and bathroom were clean & tidy.
The location suited me, although the room facing the main road is a little noisy.
The hotel has no visible personnel or a receptionist. As such, the check-in was delayed until after a phone call was made and a person attended for the check-in after a 20 minute wait in a cold building foyer.
I expected a better service, especially during business hours on a weekday.
There are no restaurant or breakfast facilities.
The room hasn't got a fridge, coffee maker or any other facilities for refreshments. In view of this, the hotel should at minimum provide a free bottle of water.
The pillows provided give no support and are lumpy.
Paking is limited to a few cars only and is largely dependent on how many people visit the post office next door.
Considering all of the above, the room charge is not justified.
