Location, proximity to restaurants. One mile walk to the convention center. Staff were very nice.

First room had obvious water damage from the room above. A very large (2'x4' approx) water mark and falling ceiling texture ON THE BED! I shook off the texture and in the morning it was there again. Moldy caulking in the bathroom. They were quick to accommodate me with another room after my business day. This bed was totally sunk in the middle, molding caulking in the shower, but at least the ceiling wasn't about to cave in.

Location. I loved the pool area. It has an arcade, starbucks coffee and a pool side bar. I liked the playground for the kids and the candy "beach" area was fun. The rooms are a nice size. TV has good channels. Staff was super friendly everywhere you go. This hotel is affordable and close to everything. We walked to where we wanted to go. Didn't need the cars. Great location.

My room could of been cleaned better. Bed sheets were dirty with hair and hair in the bathroom. A lot of hair. There's a sign in the bathroom that explains how they clean rooms every 4 days unless you ask for it to be cleaned. I don't mind that since I am a tidy person to begin with but if you're messy or have kids, make sure to let them know you want you room cleaned every day you are there. I spoke to the the manager and he fixed it right away. I would stay here again.

The location was great. Close to most attractions, themed parks and shopping areas

For 10 days I never had a room cleaning service. My sheets were never changed, bathroom never cleaned.The room was dusty even before it was handed to me. The study chair had dust that stained my dress when I sat on it. The facility is old and needs refurbishment too. My fridge and air condition were both noisy. Bath tub needs a change. The patches in the bathtub and walls had been concealed with oil paint. Faucet very old. Hand dryer was broken, iron deposited white particles on my dress while ironing. Bed is not comfortable.All that was advertised online is completely different in reality. Avanti is a motel standard and it’s okay to advertise it as such. Rather than give a luxury hotel/resort vibe.

Location and price, free parking included.

Smell of marijuana all around the Bldgs, access cards deactivating every day. Single pane windows make it hard to fall asleep no matter which way your room is facing (pool or I-4 Hwy)

Love how everything is so close. When I say everything, I mean everything! If you’re staying for Disney and universal, it’s only 10 minutes away from the hotel. The pool was very nice. Water pressure is strong and I love it. Most hotels water pressure are usually weak. Plenty of parking.

I didn’t find anything wrong with the property

There was one elevator for each building. The elevator seemed older, slow, and should be replaced or updated.
