The hotel was very clean. Our room was spacious and the hotel had lots of parking available.
The heater was a retrofit wall heater/ac unit, similar to one you would stick in a window, and was noisy.

The location in Long Beach. Close drive to shops and the beach.
Needs a update. Room had a microwave and mini fridge (no freezer) and 3 coffee pods - but only sugar for 1. Hotel overall needs a update to make it more current and to match the brand PCH.
