Exceptional
Generous room, within walking distance of main shopping centre. Overall rated very high against other South Island motel accommodation. Ticks a lot of boxes. Will be hunting this one out if/when we return. Thanks.

Well equipped, but the cockroach situation and a lack of response ruined our trip
The hotel was in the centre and the bathtub was great!
In the evening on the day of arrival when we turned our lights on we noticed that a cockroach came out of the cracks in the wall in the bedroom. We immediately tried to contact the reception, by phone and message, in order to see if we could change the room. However, no one responded, so we had a sleepless night and moved to the living room/kitchen, hoping the issue was only in the bedroom, and as a result we had to give up on our day trip to Abel Tasman the following day. Also, it seems like no one has ever bothered responding to the message we sent through [Link Redacted]
