Pros +
- The hotel was very clean. The staff were extremely nice. They went above and beyond.
- Good. However we didn’t get the room we paid for.
Cons -
- AC was loud making it hard to sleep. Fix the flat tires on the carts for luggage Not enough breakfast food. We wanted to eat at 7 am. Not much of a choice.
- Under no error of the hotel, for some reason, that part of the city had water outage for awhile during our stay. In the room we were assigned, there was an ongoing annoying sound. Therefore, we could not sleep.
- No hot tub, no cold water shower head water nasty, manager wiped it down and promised the next day they will put a new shower head which lied. Breakfast was ok could be better like sunny side up eggs, more variety of milk. People were smoking inside, when there are signs saying it smoke free hotel… over priced
