The location is convenient.
The hotel is undergoing construction and is in a dire state of disrepair. The restaurant and lobby are both inaccessible, yet we are still required to pay a resort fee. The room had embarrassingly chipped furniture. They do themselves a disservice.

Good
The room inside is good.
Staff is kindly.
There is around down town.
Breakfast is normal.
Ground floor is gorgeous.
Can not open the window in the room.
Therefor dose not take a out side fresh air every morning.
