- Staff was friendly and room was very clean

Cons -
- The staff at the front desk poor customer service need more training dealing with black folks. The food at the restaurant the big eats was very nasty will not ever eat their again.
- We went to the ocean lounge to get dinner. There were a couple waitresses helping other guests, we were never even acknowledged. We sat there for over 10 minutes with not even a "be right with you".
- We liked it all very much.
