Customer service was stand-out here! We felt welcomed and looked after, even though this was only a one-night stop-over. The room was a decent size with a good sized bathroom. A balcony over-looking the lake was a bonus. Nice swimming pool and lounging area plus a small bar for some quiet evening drinks. The set menu dinner that we paid extra for was good value and delicious. A short (10 to 15 mins) stroll will take you to the lake front, the ferry or shops and restaurants - lovely for an evening wander.

The rooms available were only doubles (we knew when booking) so we needed a separate room for our teen daughter but it worked out ok - think she quite liked a bit of independence. Slightly worn looking sofa in the room. Car parking was a little tight but we felt confident they'd help us get somewhere if there were no spaces (which didn't happen as we did always manage to find a space).

The room was not very comfortable, but clean and air-conditioned. It needs some refreshment, but the place is fantastic, with excellent staff: very good food, a comfy swimming pool, a super location and a wonderful view.

The hotel is in a very good location, pretty chill in the evenings (you can sleep with open windows) but not far away from the beach. The staff was fantastic and though the swimming pool is not very large, there were not to many people when we were there so we enjoyed that too. The room is OK, the bed was not that firm but still really comfortable for a good night sleep. The breakfast was quite good too, there is a greater variety with the sweets, but this is Italy. We loved Limone and for our next stay, I would happily choose this hotel again.

The room felt a bit old (though it was really clean and there was a decent sized TV) and probably I would have liked a bit more varied breakfast with the non-sweet meals, but we stayed 4 days and that was all right.
