Location was good, in Downtown
My deposit is still not refunded after 10 days, when will it be given back? This is highly disappointing.I stayed in other properties in US during this holiday and they refunded immediately after my checkout.Surprising a reputed brand is still holding up my money. Also I took the room and breakfast package but hotel did not honor breakfast for my young kids in the room. Nevertheless the breakfast buffet wasnt very great and average in taste.The hotel needs some renovation and looks tired overall.

The hotel has an excellent location right in Downtown San Diego, which makes it very convenient for tourists, especially for first-time visitors. It’s close to major attractions and easy to get around. The overall environment is clean and tidy, and the staff were all friendly, polite, and helpful. Overall, the stay felt comfortable and pleasant.
Some of the in-room facilities feel a bit dated. In our bathroom, the vent above was leaking water every time after taking a shower, which was quite inconvenient. Also, the air conditioning seemed to have an issue — the temperature couldn’t be adjusted properly, so once it was turned on, it kept blowing cold air all night, making the room extremely chilly.

Pleasantly surprised! A social happy hour, tickets to a museum and an airport shuttle were included with our stay. The location is great.
We had 4 guests and the social hour ticket was only for 2. The bathroom door closes automatically, which wasn't a huge deal but slightly annoying as there was no fan.

The location was excellent, making it easy to access nearby attractions. The free airport shuttle was a great perk, and it was very convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the stay more pleasant.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. During our 4-night stay, the bedding sheets were never changed, and the room was not vacuumed once. There were even a fake nail and an earring from a previous guest on the floor, and they remained there for the duration of our stay.

Nice location close to everything
staff was horrible I came with my 2 disabled parents there was no help to unload our luggage they just gave us a cart to unload everything ( keep in mind I had my mother in a wheelchair and my dad who’s disabled himself ) the cart ended up falling and hit my car and my car is now damaged. This could’ve been all avoided if they had the proper staffing to help us unload our belongings.

Great location, great staff, great breakfast! Clean and updated rooms.Even when I had some issues with my room, the staff provided a solution right away. Not the cheapest option but still very reasonable pricing. All in all good hotel and would stay again.
