- View was excellent from the room we got. Restaurant menu is good. Room had no heat, the HVAC did not work and we were freezing until repair was done that took a very long time and four calls to the front desk.
- Absolutely gorgeous hotel with a beautiful view and property. Staff was all super friendly and welcoming. It was so nice to walk the grounds and explore.

- The restaurant didn't have any music playing just silence. when I ordered food it arrived cold. The staff quickly solved my issue and brought me another order after apologizing. The heat in our room was not working when it was very cold outside but the maintenance team was able to quickly get a new heater installed.

Love the view and the location. The property also had clean facilitaties.
No shuttle service to the airport available. Shuttle schedules to the Pike was quite inflexible. The hotel is a bit on the pricey side considering these two main factors that would've made the overall stay exceptional.
