A damage deposit of ZAR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that unacceptable noise levels will not be tolerated and failure to adhere to this rule will result in vacating the unit and resort. Please note full payment is processed when the booking is made. This resort imposes a group limit and booking conditions, and has special check-in procedures, and require additional deposits and indemnities. If you are part of a group or multi-party booking greater than 13 guests, please be sure to check directly with the resort as soon as possible after receiving confirmation of this booking. To ensure well managed access to backup power during loadshedding, please note that our Resorts operate generators in defined timeslots. Please consult your Resort's Reception for more information in relation to resort-specific timeslots. Kindly note that the road leading to the resort is in a poor state, but drivable when approached with care. Please exercise caution and reduce speeds until the Municipal roads are repaired.
