the hotel is a little old but overall it was a great experience

rooms and bathroom were great

Great location, nice rooms

We asked for ice twice and didn’t get it. They have no free coffee as they used to. Our room wasn’t cleaned until after 3 p.m. and we had to ask for it one of the days. Since the Hyatt took over, it is not quite the boutique experience as it was before.

Room didn’t meet my expectations, and the staff didn’t accommodate my only 2 requests before checking in.

Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. In walking distance to wherever you want to go.

The location is beyond amazing. Staff are really not helpful, incidental fee is way too much, calculated on daily basis and deducted up front. I have never seen that before and it’s not mentioned anywhere on booking and it’s quite an amount. The hotel is so basic for its price. Was not impressed at all and will never consider staying there again.

The staff… I complained 3 times that the safety box was not working when I came into my room and on the third time I was offered 35$ because my request was not met. What would 35$ do if I lose my passport or my valuables.. weird way of solving issues.. made me think who their target clients really are??
