- I was extremely satisfied with the level of customer service that was provided by the staff. From the Bell hops who greeted you immediately to help with luggage upon entering the hotel to the front desk staff that were quick to provide assistance.
- Restaurant and Lounge were excellent.

- The breakfast buffet was disappointing. Food was not refilled in timely intervals. Not worth the expensive price.
- Mirrors in room need to be replaced or re-silvered. They were spotted.
