the suite was the largest we had stayed in for quite a while. amazing value. more like a proper apartment. tea and coffee in the lobby was appreciated. the staff are really nice and helpful. the hotel is beautiful
the location is not great. but we took Ubers everywhere as they are cheap in San Francisco and then hired a car and the car park is next door. so didnt matter that much.

The hotel staff were amazing. The hotel and rooms are beautiful. They provided fresh water throughout and a fresh tea and coffee station in the hotel. Our suite was incredible. Huge and comfortable and great value.
The location is not great - we were worried when coming in through the area (renowned for drug addicts and homeless) but actually we got a taxi easily and cheaply from the hotel door so didnt affect us.

Great location for me and my family, I was able to walk around a lot to get to most of the places I wanted to go. If needed a car, uber was always available and at the door in a heartbeat. Loved the smell of the lobby.

Great location. A stylish and comfortable hotel in easy walking distance to Chinatown, North Beach, and Union Square. Beds were terrific. Friendly and helpful staff. Many parking options close by.

The staff on the reception were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, clean, with a very comfy bed. The location of the hotel was ideal. Easily able to walk around the city. Close to the metro station and restaurants etc.
Breakfast had very limited options. No coffee/tea making facilities in the room, although available in the reception between 06.00-10.00. Decor was quite dated. Jasper's bar/eatery closed quite early around 20.30.

Very clean and quiet considering the location. We were in the 14th floor.Water pressure great. Beds and pillows very comfy.Beautiful design.
