Pros +

  • At reception, the Front Desk Attendant Christina Berrios was wonderful. I'm sure all are, but that was the desk I went up to. I used to work FD and all the information was quick and clear.
  • Great room, quiet and spacious. Nice front desk service. Daily maid. Fantastic view!! Fun to be on the waterfront. Discovered "Canalside" complex at the end of my stay, I just wish front desk had mentioned it
  • The view was the best

Cons -

  • Ah, I was next to the elevators, but by the time I went to sleep, it was late enough that they weren't too loud. I did not ask for a quiet room, but will ask next time.
  • Not convenient to public trans, at least 15-20 walk in either direction to a T stop (green or red) but I'm pretty fit so that was OK... just OK because didn't seem safe walking back late at night. Calling Lyft car became necessary
  • The fireworks were a little further away than we thought ?

Comfort. Also, room cleaning and daily reset was great.
The lounge furniture has been lived in way too long. Time for replacement. Those yellow chairs are disgusting. You can see the dirt and human grease on them. Not a good look or feeling, especially when paying so much per night.
