- Needing to take an elevator from street level up to the lobby, and then a second elevator up to the room.
- Yes I dint like the part that the receptionist when I came in at 2 am from the bar. I took a sit in the lobby and ask me if I had a room there . When he already had seen me and my husband and friend come in go out an 1hr before we came back in.
- The bathroom door is ridiculous. There is no smart TV so no streaming, the valet service was extremely understaffed.
