Located right on the Riverwalk and north of where all reaction is but a pleasant walk along the River Walk to downtown. We had a beautifully renovated king balcony room overlooking the river. Parking was easy to access and right across the street. Lots of restaurants and brewpubs in walking distance.
Pool was a bit small and the patio seating area was not very well equipped. Ownership is in the middle of a changeover to Marriott..

Great in-house restaurant. Parking space is plentiful, feels safe and secure. Location is great.

It's a very nice hotel. We went to the bar on Saturday night and had some drinks and the bartender was very nice.
The A/C in the room didn't get cold enough so we had a little trouble getting comfortable.

The staff was friendly and helpful.
I specifically looked for a room with a balcony on the river with a view and paid more for it. However, my view was of men doing construction looking at me when I tried to enjoy my morning coffee and “the view” and quiet. Haha. Also. The location. I thought it was closer to downtown as in walking distance.

Right next to the river at the North end of the River Walk, one mile away from the downtown area so it's more tranquil. Room was spacious and clean.
Got room facing the parking lot on the 4th floor, woken up by someone blasting car stereo loudly at about 2-3AM. Internet speed was slow, that's unacceptable for 2024.
