Pros +
- Location. Lots of restaurants around that are across the street from the hotel.
- All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. A number of eateries within a few minutes of walking. Close to stores and 15 minutes from SawGrass Mills.
- Staff was awesome
Cons -
- Housekeeping was inadequate. Beds not made properly on the days we were there. Housekeeping was done way in the afternoon. Too late. Spent most of the day looking at unmade beds. Dirty disposable coffee cups were left out after the service as well.
- The rate for incidentals is ridiculous
