- I arrived at 5 am after horrifically delayed travel. The front desk agent was not very warm and it took 5+ minutes to be given my key. I get that it is the overnight shift and sometimes people have bad days, but it did not give me a warm welcome.

There were, literally, only 9 free parking spots...once those were filled, you had to pay for parking in the garage.
