I checked in around 6:30 PM and promptly went to sleep. I was awoken a couple of hours later to bites and a bed bug crawling on the bed. I recorded a video of this and went straight to the front office. The receptionist offered no apology, he claimed that they had just had another guest stay in there and seemed to imply that the room had not yet been cleaned. He then gave me a new room while stressing that they did not offer refunds and pointed to the "no refunds" sign on their reception desk window. The second room had a dead bug lodged in the bathroom wall. I did not sleep in the new room, opting to go wash all of my clothes in a laundromat instead and then rest in my car. I came back the following morning and showed the receptionist the dead bug in the second room. While checking out, the faculty accused me of lying a day after acknowledging the bugs in their facility, and claimed I must have gotten them tracked in from another location. I have recording of all of this. The rooms do not look like the [Link Redacted] listings and the staff is extremely aggressive. They seem to be a family owned franchise. After the receptionist accused me of lying I started to record the interaction because it became so bizarre. The manager then stepped out and threatened to sue me for recording her aggressive behavior. Their behavior was outrageous and the facilities are a health violation. [Link Redacted] does not seem to have a video upload function. I have attached stills from the captured videos, of the bed bugs, dead bugs, fecal covered bathroom radiators, and of the manager threatening me. I have the videos saved and will gladly send them to any interested parties.

Everything. The facilities were filthy, the staff was rude, and aggressive. The hotel was a complete waste of money. I did not sleep in the room and promptly left. [Link Redacted] should not allow this hotel to advertise their services.
