This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Arrivals outside check-in hours will incur an additional surcharge. Check-in between 22:00 and 24:00 has an additional cost of 15 euros, and after 24:00 there is an additional cost of 25 euros. All late arrival requests are subject to confirmation by the property.
