Pros +
- The location is fantastic. It's within walking distance to so many things or there's a trolley. The creek view and feeding geese
- The location was great. We loved the view of the river and being able to park under the hotel out of the heat.
- Off the strip. Beautiful view of creek. Friendly staff.
Cons -
- We didn't care for the amount of bird droppings on the property. The next hotel over had fake owls on each deck to keep the pigeons away but our hotel did not.
- I would have wished that they spray for bugs. At night there were 2 big spiders that would come out on the balcony so I couldn't sit there at night.
- Ice machine on our floor was not working the first day, but was repaired the next. Breakfast was decent for what it was. Beds and pillows need replacing
