- . . .There was a problem with the gate to the parking lot. .My "key card" seemed to be of no use, but found out the "system" had been down causing an issue with the parking lot gate. . Other than that, I enjoyed my stay at DOUBLE TREE very much!!!
- Need more help at the front desk long wait large group trying to check in kept coming up to front desk only two people to handle so many. A rag left in bathroom.
