Customer service was professional and helpful. The hotel was extremely clean and beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable.
The hotel was really hot. It was a hot day but felt like the heat was on as well. The room was either cold or hot, It was difficult to regulate. The bathroom was very small but beautiful. I would have liked the room with the bathtub.

It’s pretty and a good location
Our room still wasn’t ready when we arrived at 6:15pm. The elevators also weren’t working. Our hallway smelled like marijuana and the ceiling in our room had something splattered on it. Parts looked like blood.

The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms.
Having to pay multiple incidental fees for booking two rooms.

The amenities were clean and comfortable, well located, friendly, courteous, and helpful staff, delicious food, and fair price. It was beyond my expectations.
I would just suggest having two sinks in the bathroom and better lighting in the room..

I stayed in a double queen room on the 10th floor. The room was clean and spacious. There is a fridge, ironing board, hair dryer, and safe box. There is a desk and side chair as well as a magnifying mirror that can be moved around for convenience. There is also a mini bar area when you come in with cups, ice bucket, and stirrers. The room included a coffee machine with illy brand coffee which was nice. My floor was quiet and since we were high up the city light view was very nice.
While my stay was pleasant there are some things that could use improvement. The water did not get scalding hot in the shower but did get warm, there was no microwave available to use, and the toilet leaked a small amount of water, in addition to our phone did not work perfectly and you could hear static when calling the front desk. Aside from those minor details the hotel was great, in a safe location, and perfect for our 3 day stay in Charlotte.

The location was nice, it was conveniently located near everything. The beds were comfortable. Hotel had everything we needed.
The parking should of been free, because it was an inconvenience not being able to walk straight from the parking deck right under the hotel, to the elevator and to our room and $25 a night for parking is RIDICULOUS. The lady at the front desk couldn't find my name, the name that was used from booking.com, and she didn't explain certain processes that were needed for my credit card payment, etc. We got put to the back of the hotel instead of the nice city lights view. The beds were small as heck.
