It was dirty. Staff was not helpful. Did not receive reserved accommodations. Given a room with 2 full beds instead of 2 queens as reserved, even though their website said there was a room with 2 queens available. The face of the bathroom door had holes.

This was the weirdest stay I've ever had in a hotel. The heater had to be completely replaced, there was no hairdryer the safe was messed up and had to wait over 4 hours for someone to come fix it which delayed us and it is so rundown it's not pleasa
