Cons -
- The heater didn't work at all. The room froze all night. When we told the management, they came to the room with a heat detector and said the heater was producing 70-71 degrees, and we needed to wait 10-15 minutes for the heater to kick in, and it never did. They said to call them and they'll put us in a different room after that but I drove over 350 miles and it was a long day. We all fell asleep before we could call.
