Location is excellent, green surrounding with nice lobby. The front desk staff are excellent and helpful.
The rooms and decor and furniture are rather dated and worn down, carpet is bad. Bed is too soft.

The location was great.
Everything else. The staffs were not helpful at all. The room was subpar to Marriott standard which make me think how they got the Marriott brand name??!!??

Nothing good to say about this hotel, very bad experience for me and my family.
The level of sanitation of the hotel room was very bad, pictures online looked very good , but a bad experience when we arrived there, they gave me the room 705 it had a bad odor; i ask them to give me a different room, they moved me to 708 which had dirty linens, dirty carpet and if that wasn’t enough, i found a few cockroaches in the room. Very frustrating for me and my family! It was late; after midnight, the receptionist felt bad for us, she apologized, after seeing the video and pictures. But didn’t provided an option for us, like a different room. I didn’t have a place to go it was very late; i stayed up all night. They gave me hard time to refund my money, like if it was my fault that i couldn’t sleep all night because of the cockroaches, the manager on duty showed very little consideration with the situation, she was very harsh with her words, once i expressed that the minimum that they could do was to refund me the money; she treated me like i was trying to get a free night on them; after all it cost me much more money to book a different hotel at the last minute; for me she acted like it wasn’t a big deal just a little dirty and a few cockroaches, i booked the hotel for 4 nights and it was my first and last night there, now i made video and pictures about the cockroaches and sent it to the general manager. To me it didn’t look like they did cared much about the situation. Now i will not post pictures or videos, because i already sent it to them and my intention here with this review is to get some attention, so they can treat their customers better,respectfully also take better care of their hotel; so that people can have good experiences to share with others instead of frustrated moments like this.

The location was good for things to do around.
I had to call numerous of times just to get sheets. And then when they brought me the sheets, they were the wrong size for the bed so I basically had to sleep on a mattress protector. had to call to the front desk numerous of times just for the basic. And then on top of that when we got there at the TV didn’t work so I had to wait on engineering to come to fix it.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful, as I had a few packages delivered ahead of time. I did not have breakfast, as there was a Starbuck at the hotel. The room was clean and the housekeeping manager checked in to ensure we were ok.Location is great central.

Location was great.
House keeping did not respond to a request after the the 3rd attempt front desk end up doing the request on their own since house keeping did not.
