Pros +
- The location, the front desk staff and valet. The jacuzzi in the room and all the amenities.
- The staff is always great. They go above and beyond to be of service and make their guests comfortable!
- Everything was spectacular but the exceptional quality of the staff is what will have me returning to Shutters.
Cons -
- The 2 day cleaning rule for the hotel stay unless you put a “card” on your bed and press the cleaning icon on your room door. And with me I never had a cleaning service when I requested it when they did clean the room I didn’t need it.
- Expensive valet only parking.
