Frustration
Arrived at hotel and easy check in. In the room tv doesn't work. Receptionist tried to fix with no luck. I can live without a tv. Then my wife had to kill a cockroach. Then the air conditioning unit was leaking. Receptionist changed rooms. TV doesn't work in this room. WTF? Secured parking a block away. No good if you forgot something in the car. Not a pleasant stay! Good thing it was only one night! Would not book again! Bye!
