    Pros +

    • Nice facility, clean, with free parking and dog-friendly, good price-quality, it is situated near the huge shopping mall
    • Clean, nice bed, staff make an effort to help, food is very good and tasty
    • The staff, in particular, two young women, whose names I did not get, alas. They were bubbly and friendly and very kind and helpful. The food was good. The room was HUGE, and very comfortable. It was extremely good value for money.

    Cons -

    • I didn't like that I couldn't use the restaurant - they either don't work, or they can offer only bread and juice. But it's a cultural thing and absolutely common, this problem is with almost every place in Spain, I cannot understand why I have to eat only from 12 to 15 and from 19 to 23 o'clock
    • The shower holder was broken.
    • It felt a little out of the way, but was actually very close to the train station, and a short-ish walk to the centre of town. Given the very reasonable price, it was really worth it.

Great little hotel. The staff were friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The bar area was traditional and inviting. Not right in town, so very quiet. Real keys for the room! Parking was free!

The restaurant opened a little to late for us, otherwise no complaints.

Very friendly staff and cosy accommodation. They offered a comfortable bed for our dog and he slept the whole night so peacefully.

    Very friendly staff

Breakfast at 9… they served us earlier some bread and cheese but was a little bit simple .

Great room, clean and big. Huge bathroom and very clean. Very quiet.Breakfast was great and the coffee was the best my husband had had in 3 weeks!

Check in limitations between 2-5pm or 8-10pm was a little inconvenient.

Old fashioned classical Spanish Casa Grande.

No evening meal offered although a bar nearby provided ample service on that front.

Overall it was a good experience. Nice hotel, friendly staff. Expectations were met.

One thing i didn t like was their security policy in case hotel guests damaged the room or cause any expense. Instead of doing like most hotels, who secure an amount with your credit card that is made available once check out is done they asked me to take a scan of both side of my credit card. I told them no way. It s a bad policy with lots of potential harm for hotel guests. I was told by the employee they delete the scanned folder every week. Of course it didn t reasure me one bit.Managed to come to an agreement and they only scanned one side. Nevertheless, nowadays, with so much hacking it s a big security risk.

Quiet hotel very relaxing and very spainish. Lovely bathroom

Asked for double bed got 2 singles pushed together. Shower wouldn't stay upright as fitting broken. Had to hold in hand

The staff not nice at all, and not informing what included the breakfast offered in the price,

The room had connection with the AC system of the kitchen and we had noise always also from the roof, being an old building the wood of ceiling had always some noise.

Very good accommodation and fabulous evening meal. Quiet and peaceful hotel with nice restaurant. Free parking was helpful

The location is a bit unusual with mainly university buildings around it, but not to far to walk in to town

Loved the quietness, the facilities and the attention to details for my dog. Nice clean and fresh room, gated parking area, great breakfast, will come back for sure.

maybe put a sign in the driveway area, as it is easy to pass it up. the property is a little bit hidden from the road.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, good air conditioning during hot weather. Also a restaurant attached where I had an excellent lunch.

    8LucianaPosted on: 5-24-2022

Dinner was good value for money and staff was really helpful and friendly

I had to wait a little bit to check in as staff takes a break in the afternoon

VERY UNFRIENDLY. Bad staff actitud. Unpleasant

The staff was incredibly unfriendly. Never a “good morning” or a “ good night” . No a “ how are you ?” They Constantly made us feel like we were no welcome. WILL NEVER COME BACK OR WILL RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Life should be easier and for what we paid and based on our travel experiences we did not understand their bad actitudes.

stayed here a few times now - good location, easy access, big rooms and the secret drinks and snacks room on the top floor is great!

it’s a bit tired and could do with a few repairs

    7RhyanPosted on: 12-25-2021

    good location and quiet

stayed here before and it’s so close to being greet but the rooms are just a little tired. this stay mine had frayed towels, hole in the window cilia and cracked bath. it needs a bit of love…

    8RhyanPosted on: 12-4-2021

location is good for walking into Alzira. family room was great - two large rooms with bathroom. rooms are clean if a little tired in places.

staff seemed a little overwhelmed and no idea what was going on. we were asked an arrival time, upon arrival our room wasn’t ready. man could t seem to get the computer check in to work and we didn’t get a factura. breakfast was a strange affair, no menu - just a random list of things (when it arrived it was fine, but it’s hard to get something on toast wrong) Also Alzira is the heart of orange community and yet the orange juice was bottled and imported??

    8MattiPosted on: 8-3-2021

Style of the hotel was nice and it was tidy. Very nice short walking distance to Alzira town, plaza and restaurants.

I did not see any staff except one person at breakfast. It is obviously due to opening hours.
