- Staff was similar to Ritz Carlton- the best!

- Excellent hotel within an excellent location. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff, with their advice and tips about the city, shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance.
Cons -
- False Advertising. The room I paid for was not the room I got. Spa services had a surprise $40 hotel fee that was not disclosed at time of booking. I want a partial refund of my stay for false advertising. Better location at Hyatt centric with newer rooms
- Sometimes hard to find a valet. It was a holiday, so not too surprising.
- This was a surprise for my wife and the room i purchased was NOT the room it paid for which was extremely disappointing.
