Loved the look of the hotel. From the water Brook in reception to the very dectrive pool.the grounds and gardens are beautiful, well planned and kept In excellent condition. The room are very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly . Overall I could not fault the hotel.Thank you for a fabulous stay.
I did notice the restaurant wasn't used very much. Most days it was empty. Maybe something to think about, in terms of price and menu.

This is always been my favorite hotel in Central Florida. It has the perfect mixture of activities, excellent customer service, and great food. It’s so affordable it’s family, friendly and a good place for people who don’t have children. I have never had a bad experience at this hotel and would highly recommended to anyone over any other hotel in Central Florida.
I didn’t like the fact that I had to leave. I wish I could stay forever.

The location is fantastic, the parks are very close to the hotel.
The service level is very poor, from the staff communication till the room quality.

Great location and great amenities
The hotel is very big this many guest. Waiting in line every time to get into the elevator was not optimal. Please if you can increase number of elevators. In addition have a friendly way to contact room service. The phone was not working and one had to text. For international hurts who do not have American SIM cards this was difficult.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Pool was great, our kids used the water slide so many times, we loved walking around the property. The restaurants had great food, we had sushi, pool bar food, breakfast, and everything was great.
