Overall it was good
The spa and the hot bath outside were great. My massage therapist Laura was phenomenal. Breakfast and dinner were also very good
I booked through [Link Redacted] and asked for queen size beds and was given double beds at the hotel. When I asked if room could be switched, they did but charged me $59 which I find really bad since it was an error from [Link Redacted] and not the client. And the price I had initially paid was for a room with 2 queen beds so why charge me even more. Poor customer service :(
Also there should be staff walking outside to have people be quiet at the aqua detente area. People are so careless and basically shout outside without caring that it's a relaxation place
