Staff was extremely nice, rooms were clean, comfortable and large. Beds were especially comfortable, which is a must. Location to BMO stadium was perfect for our concert. We had breakfast vouchers and really enjoyed that it was not a buffet but a menu selection. Great location, great staff, wonderful accommodations. I never write reviews so this says a lot.

Hotel was very nice and room was very clean, modern, and beds were comfortable. Was able to get a microwave delivered to the room. Staff were very nice.
$30 resort fee was confusing and it was very unclear how to use the $30 credit per day. Also this is an automatic charge hidden amongst tax charges, not listed as part of the nightly hotel room price. Shows up in the hotel total cost in the reservation so is not truly hidden.

Location and clean rooms
Lack of amenities, such as an empty body wash dispenser that remained unfilled throughout my entire stay.

Very clean hotel, nice rooms and well maintained internally.
AVOID this hotel like the plague. The location is absolutely terrible. Downtown LA is not safe. If you are an international tourist, please avoid.
