The front desk was extremely friendly and accommodating. Angel and Kenny are superstars! The room and property were clean as well.

This was the best hotel I've ever visited. I am not a connoisseur, but the breakfast varies deliciously every day. The staff were friendly and helpful, and my room was always clean.
Really this only complaint I can think of is the lack of a hot tub to soak in while the kids goof off in the pool... Ok the pool could use a heater too. But I straight up loved this hotel and I'm happy to have spent 6 nights with them. My toiletries were empty,(shampoo, conditioner, and body wash but stuff happens.

Overall check in was very easy, girl at the front desk was friendly, property was easy to find. Parking was easy to find as well. The room was very spacious and clean, had a room at the end of the hall with a great view. My stay was overall a great experience. Bed was comfy, hotel was very quiet, the bar was nice to go and have a drink at and the breakfast was great! Will definitely stay here again when Im in the San Jose area.

Clean and easy to access hotel. Pool was heated and all the amenities listed were provided.
The elevator in the parking garage was not working so having to take stairs a few floors was not ideal.
