Nice lobby
Hot water ran out midway showering and it was brutally cold to wait for 1.5 hours to get the problem fixed. The room is not as well upkeep

The night clerk was the rudeness person I have ever had to deal with (when it comes to hotel staff) in my life. I'm not sure if he's racist or just flat out bad at his job. I do not have enough to type my experience but he his a horrible human.

The location was great! There was also a housekeeping professional that went above and beyond for us.
I was shocked that they charged $30 per night for parking at this hotel. That is what you get at downtown hotels where parking is a premium. There was plenty of parking spaces left in the lot. No good coffee maker in the room either.
