Wyndham Boston Beacon Hill

The room was comfortable and spacious.

The location is excellent

The front desk staff were not helpful. I discovered my deadbolt lock did not work right before going to bed. My husband was already sleeping so I did not want to change rooms. I put a chair in front of the door but did not sleep very well at all and the staff at the front office disregarded my concerns without any care.

Good central location and close to airport. Walkable to many sites.

When staff greet you happily and help you out. Rooms cleaned daily!! This was amazing and so very appreciated!!

No cotton wool, toothbrush, ear buds. Hair dryer really bad quality and unclean.

Hotel is located near Charles station stop which is 5 to 7 mins by walk. We came from London, United Kingdom to New York and then travelled using Amtrack train to Boston. Hotel is 25 mins walk from south station or 2 stops from South Station to Charles stop. Hotel is conveniently located near metro and easy to walk around sight seeing areas.Facilities at hotel are superb. Swimming pool is outdoor but it was closed during the time we visited in October.

Small complaint......the restaurant only had black coffee. No cappuccino or anything extra. The main complaint with this hotel isn't really the hotel's fault but I wouldn't book again because of it. There is a building being built (or added onto) right next to it. My friend that went with me said it was being built when she stayed there two years ago. I did see some reviews that mentioned construction nearby but I had assumed it would be done by now. I didn't realize construction went on this long in big cities. Anyway, these guys start banging and yelling and backing up equipment (making loud beeping noises) around 5:30 every morning, including the weekend. You will be woke up at 5:30 every morning without fail. Keep that in mind if you stay here.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. Perfect location and walkable to almost anywhere in downtown Boston as a tourist.

Housekeeping on request by call only, not very clean, thick dust behind the bed and some aged rubbish under the bedside table. Facilities are super old, the fan sounds like a tractor at midnight, lucky our visiting was not in summer, just switch it off.

It was a very nice hotel and I would definitely stay here again

Clean confirtable great location

The Wyndham is an ideal location for patients who are receiving treatment at MGH and for family members. It's within walking distance of the hospital and parking is accessible. We didn't hear any noise although construction was going on across the street all night. Beds and room were very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner are available in the hotel, but there are many dining options within walking distance. The hotel bar is great for a glass of wine at the end of a stressful day.
