Pros +
- I liked the fitness room and the cleanliness of the room..
- I like the smell of the facility and how clean our room was. We also love the location it's near a few good restaurants and walking distance from Universal Studios.
- The location next to universal studios theme park! Good size rooms and the food options available.
Cons -
- I did not like the fact that the parking area was flooded, the shuttle to and from Universal Studios theme park was once every 30 minutes on weekdays, the daily parking cost $50 per day, only 2 small coin operated washers and dryers (no change machine )for the entire building of over 20 levels of guests.
- The staff can work on being friendly and the parking attendant did not speak english we told him we were staying at the hotel so we had a room key, instead he gave us a new parking ticket. The parking fee is crazy high for people staying at the hotel which is $50.00 per day. $25.00 seems more fitting if a charge is necessary.
- The parking garage situation. Big extra fee and the employee didn’t let me know I had to use my room card to leave the room while checking out exiting the garage. No microwave in the rooms and no fan in the bathroom.

I liked the fitness room and the cleanliness of the room..
